Orion’s detection algorithms analyze each image in a few milliseconds to tell whether it is a scam. The message is removed, and a log shows you what was taken down.

## An anti-spam thousands of times faster

Rewritten in v2.5, the anti-spam compares messages in small pieces of text and spots repetitions by compressing the message: a text that repeats itself compresses a lot. The analysis takes a few dozen microseconds and never slows the bot down.

## Spam across channels, the signature of a hacked account

When an account gets hacked, the scammer uses it to post the same scam in every channel, one after another. Orion’s anti-spam spots this pattern and removes the messages before they claim victims.
